Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the artsution.com.tr website (the “Site”) operated by Erdoğan Kamar, trading under the Artsution brand (“Artsution”). By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of Information on the Site

Service descriptions, timeline and scope information, project examples and engagement models on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute an offer, commitment or contract. The scope, delivery times and fees of our services are determined by a proposal and contract agreed in writing between the parties. In case of any difference between the Site content and a contract, the contract prevails.

2. Intellectual Property

The registered Artsution® trademark, logo and corporate identity elements, as well as the texts, designs, images, illustrations, software and arrangements on the Site, belong to Artsution or their respective rights holders and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Client brands and logos shown in project examples belong to the respective clients and are displayed for reference purposes only, with their permission. Site content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, used for commercial purposes or republished without written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to attempt anything that would harm its operation, compromise its security or place an excessive load on it; not to attempt unauthorized access; not to collect data by automated means without permission; and not to submit misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, through the forms.

4. Forms and Communication

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you submit through the forms. Submitted information is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy and PDPL Privacy Notice. Submitting a request does not create any obligation for Artsution to provide services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Artsution takes reasonable care to keep the Site content accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that the content is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artsution shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, technical failures, viruses or temporary access issues. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Changes

Artsution reserves the right to update these Terms of Use and the Site content without prior notice. The current terms apply from the date they are published on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms; for users acting as consumers, the mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law remain reserved.
