How do we start a software project?
After a free initial call, we run a 1–2 week discovery phase. At the end we present the scope, screen flows, technical architecture and a fixed-price proposal.
Can you take over software written by another company?
Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure review and report on the current state, risks and priorities. Then we keep your software running with bug fixes, security and performance improvements, new features and monthly maintenance. If a rewrite isn't necessary, we won't recommend one.
Who owns the source code?
For software developed specifically for you, the source code and intellectual property rights are transferred to you by contract.
Can you adapt one of your own products for our company?
Yes. We can offer products such as AquaCRM and Label Job Tracking Assistant as white-label or customized installations — much faster than building from scratch.
How are software projects managed?
We work in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you see a working version in a test environment, and we decide on priorities together.
