Product
AquaCRM is water treatment service software that we designed, built and host as a subscription platform. It lets water treatment service companies manage customers, devices, service, inventory and communication in one panel. Each company works in its own isolated space. In addition, the platform grows as needed through packages and modules, so a company adds only the parts it needs.
Our role covers product design, software development, hosting and continuous development. In other words, we did not hand over a finished package and step away. Instead, we keep developing the platform as it is used. AquaCRM is one of the products of our custom software development work, and you can see it live at aquacrm.com.tr.
Modules of the water treatment service software
The modules follow the daily work of a service company, from the first customer record to the next filter change:
- Customer and device tracking, QR-coded device history
- Service records, field service forms and parts usage tracking
- Periodic maintenance rules and filter replacement reminders
- Inventory, warehouse and staff equipment assignment tracking
- Quotes, purchase invoices and financial transactions
- Dealer and user permissions
- WhatsApp and SMS templates, automated notification rules
- Support tickets and system activity logs
For example, a technician can open a device’s history through its QR code, record the parts used and complete the field service form. Periodic maintenance rules then remind the team when a filter replacement is due. Automated notification rules can also send WhatsApp or SMS messages from ready templates. Meanwhile, dealer and user permissions decide who can see and change which data.
Technology
We built AquaCRM on PHP 8.2 and Laravel 12, with a MySQL database and a Tailwind interface. Each subscribing company works in its own isolated data space. As a result, one company’s records stay separate from another’s. The platform also includes installation and update flows suited to shared hosting. If the subscription model is new to you, our guide on what SaaS is explains how it works.
