The Label Job Tracking Assistant is label production tracking software that we built for roll label and print businesses. It brings quotes, orders, production, inventory, shipping and invoicing together in a single flow. The product name hasn’t been finalized yet. Right now, it is in pilot use and still under development.
Our work on the product covers product design and software development. Because a label job passes through many hands, the tool follows each job from the first quote to the final invoice. That way, the team does not need to piece the status together from separate files. The assistant is part of our software development work for production businesses.

For example, the customer can approve a quote online and then confirm the proof through a link. After that, the order moves through prepress, printing and die-cutting. Along the way, the team tracks machines, lines, dies and cutters. Finally, quality control, FSC traceability and shipping records stay connected to the same job.
Technology
We built it with Next.js 15, React 19 and TypeScript on PostgreSQL 16. Monetary and dimensional calculations use precise decimal arithmetic, so prices and sizes do not drift through rounding errors.
